Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address customer questions.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while maintaining profitability.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product management, and technical pre-sales to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
Expand and shape long-term business relationships with customers and partners.
Degree in engineering or economics.
Proven track record in sales of security and authentication solutions.
Strong network with IT distributors, system integrators, and identity and access management providers.
Experience in value-based selling at senior/C-level.
Expertise with tenders and procurement processes in the public and private sector.
Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and a high level of commitment.
Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility, and a strong customer focus.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel); knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) is an advantage.
Business fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel as necessary (approx. 50%).
