Deine Mission
As an Inside Sales professional, you will be the central hub managing the entire sales cycle. You will be the point of contact for a diverse customer portfolio across the Asian market, providing competent advice and quickly identifying their needs. Even in stressful situations, you maintain an overview and act reliably. With your sales flair and team spirit, you actively contribute to success and also shape cross-functional topics.

  • Establishing initial contact with potential customers is one of your thrilling challenges. You act both proactively and reactively to identify new business opportunities and initiate first relationships
  • You are the number one contact for our customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed quickly and competently. Your communication skills and intuition for customer needs make you an indispensable partner for our clients
  • You use our CRM system (Salesforce) daily for precise order entry and data processing. Your expertise ensures that all customer information is current and accurate
  • You work closely with our sales managers to determine customer needs (forecast management) and create compelling offers that you proactively follow up on
  • As a central interface between various departments (Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, etc.), you coordinate internal processes and ensure smooth information flow to the customer. Your organizational talent ensures everything runs seamlessly
Dein Profil
  • You have completed commercial training and/or higher education in Sales or Marketing. Additionally, you bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international industrial company
  • Your communication skills and creativity distinguish you. You find customer-oriented solutions and enjoy direct interaction with our customers to support them optimally
  • You develop creative ideas to advance our sales strategies, significantly contributing to the growth and success of our company
  • With your commitment and enthusiasm for technology and innovative solutions, you are always ready to further educate yourself in new technical areas and expand your knowledge
  • You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with CRM systems
  • You speak and write fluent English
