Your mission

You will drive Swissbit’s growth in Japan by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer and partner relationships, and shaping our presence in the embedded IoT and security authentication markets (e.g., FIDO, HSM, SSD). You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and delivering strategic impact.

Identify and engage new customers, system integrators, and partners in Japan
Generate leads and secure first key reference accounts in the region
Represent Swissbit at customer visits, industry events, webinars, and panel discussions
Position our IoT and authentication portfolio effectively, in collaboration with marketing and product management
Analyze market trends and competitors to support strategic decisions and product roadmaps
Communicate product value clearly, including technical USPs, to various stakeholders
Support Swissbit’s brand presence in Japan through local marketing activities and social media (with MarCom)

Your profile

5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in IoT, flash storage, or authentication/security
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Knowledge of MFA/authentication solutions or secure storage markets is a strong advantage
Proven track record of winning new customers and driving business growth
Ability to develop strategic partnerships and work cross-functionally with global teams
Strong presentation and communication skills; confident in front of customers and at public events
Self-starter mindset with a high level of energy and ownership
Fluent in English (Japanese is a plus)
