Als Applikationsadministrator:in für Salesforce bist du Spezialist:in in einem crossfunktionalen Team. Du hast Freude daran, Business-Anforderungen in Salesforce-Logik zu übersetzen und schaust gern über den Tellerrand von Salesforce hinaus. Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen wecken ebenfalls dein Interesse.

Wir suchen dich – jemanden, der bereits Erfahrung damit hat, komplexere Projekte teilweise zu leiten oder mindestens als wichtiger Stakeholder zu begleiten. Du schaffst es, unser Senior Management inhaltlich, technisch und kommunikativ mitzunehmen und überzeugst mit deiner strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

Salesforce Administration im IT Application Team, darunter:
- Flows warten und weiterentwickeln
- User Management und Verwaltung der Berechtigungen
- Schulung neuer und bestehender Mitarbeiter:innen sowie umfassender Support
- Pflege der Salesforce-Datenbanken und Customizing von Feldern und Objekten
Salesforceseitige Steuerung und Umsetzung des Migrationsprojekts auf SAP S/4 Public Cloud:
- Definition, Anpassung bzw. Neuerstellung von Schnittstellen
- Anpassung der Objekt- und Datenarchitektur sowie der Prozesslogiken
Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Prozesse
Vollumfängliche Projektsteuerung von externen Partnern:
- Erstellung von Spezifikationen für Neuentwicklungen und deren Umsetzung
- Testing und Implementierung neuer Anwendungen
Administration weiterer Business-Applikationen wie Enterprise Content Management (ECM) in eingeschränktem Umfang

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik (o. Ä.) oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in bzw. vergleichbarer IT-technischer Hintergrund
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Salesforce Administration in einer komplexen Systemlandschaft
Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung komplexer Implementierungsprojekte wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in Schnittstellentechnologien wie Mulesoft oder Vigience Overcast von Vorteil
SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit SAP S/4 Public Cloud
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
Teamgeist und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Reisebereitschaft <10 %

Your mission

As a Salesforce application administrator, you are a specialist in a cross-functional team. You enjoy translating business requirements into Salesforce logic and like to think outside the box. Interfaces to other systems also spark your interest.

We are looking for someone who already has experience in managing complex projects or at least accompanying them as an important stakeholder. You are able to engage our senior management in terms of content, technology, and communication, and you impress with your structured and solution-oriented way of working.

Exciting tasks are waiting for you

Salesforce administration in the IT application team, including:
- Maintaining and developing flows
- User management and administration of permissions
- Training new and existing employees and providing comprehensive support
- Maintaining Salesforce databases and customizing fields and objects
Salesforce-side control and implementation of the migration project to SAP S/4 Public Cloud:
- Definition, adaptation, or recreation of interfaces
- Adapting the object and data architecture as well as the process logic
Analysis, optimization, and digitization of existing processes
Comprehensive project management of external partners:
- Creating specifications for new developments and implementing them
- Testing and implementing new applications
Administration of other business applications such as enterprise content management (ECM) to a limited extent

Your profile

Completed degree with a focus on business informatics (or similar) or completed training as an IT specialist or comparable IT background
Several years of professional experience in Salesforce administration in a complex system landscape
Experience in the technical implementation of complex implementation projects is desirable
Knowledge of interface technologies such as Mulesoft or Vigience Overcast is an advantage
SAP knowledge, ideally initial experience with SAP S/4 Public Cloud
Strong ability to organize yourself and work independently
Team spirit and strong communication skills
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
Willingness to travel <10%
