Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

Strategische Zusammenarbeit mit E-Commerce-Partnern zur Umsatzsteigerung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Marketing-Team
Verantwortung für das Inventory Management inkl. Warenflussanalysen, Retourenabwicklung und Sortimentsüberwachung
Überwachung relevanter KPIs und Einleitung gezielter Massnahmen zur Performance-Optimierung
Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
Onboarding neuer E-Commerce-Distributionspartner
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Quarterly Business Reviews
Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Aktionen, Produkt-Launches und Kampagnen in Kooperation mit Marketing und Vertrieb
Analyse und Optimierung von Verkaufszahlen, Conversion Rates und Kundenverhalten
Erstellung produktbezogener Listen und relevanter Marketinginformationen
Pflege und Versand von E-Commerce-Preislisten
Professionelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und -bestellungen – mit Fokus auf exzellentem Service
Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifikation neuer Trends und Tools im digitalen Handel

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer höheren Weiterbildung und/oder ein Studium im Bereich E-Commerce, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft (HF, FH oder vergleichbar) sowie 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung im E-Commerce – idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kreativität, gepaart mit einer lösungsorientierten Denkweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
Eigeninitiative und Ideenreichtum zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Verkaufsstrategien und zur aktiven Mitgestaltung des Unternehmenserfolgs
Begeisterung für Technik und digitale Innovationen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten und das eigene Know-how kontinuierlich auszubauen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint); Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen ist von Vorteil
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

Are you passionate about e-commerce and have a keen sense for digital trends and customer needs?
As our E-Commerce Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. With strong organizational skills and digital expertise, you'll help drive the online success of our brand.

Exciting tasks are waiting for you

Strategic collaboration with e-commerce partners to increase revenue, in close coordination with the marketing team
Inventory management, including flow of goods analysis, return processing, and assortment monitoring
Monitoring key performance indicators and initiating measures to optimize performance
Building and maintaining strong partner relationships
Onboarding of new e-commerce distribution partners
Organizing and conducting quarterly business reviews with partners
Planning and executing promotions, product launches, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales
Analyzing and optimizing sales figures, conversion rates, and customer behavior
Creating product listings and relevant marketing content
Preparing and distributing e-commerce price lists
Processing customer inquiries and orders professionally, ensuring excellent service
Monitoring market trends and competitors while identifying new tools and developments in digital commerce

Your profile

Completed commercial education with additional qualifications and/or a degree in e-commerce, marketing, or business administration (HF, FH or equivalent)
1–3 years of experience in the e-commerce field, ideally within an international industrial company
Strong communication skills and a creative mindset, with a focus on customer-oriented solutions
A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to bring new ideas that drive growth and improve sales strategies
A passion for technology and digital innovation, with a willingness to continuously expand your skills and knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
