Deine Mission

Als PM Support bist du ein zentraler Teil unserer Produktentwicklung in der Division Embedded IoT Solution. Du begleitest und unterstützt das PM Team über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus unserer innovativen Sicherheitslösungen. Du koordinierst technische Anforderungen, förderst die Zusammenarbeit und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte stets den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. Mit deinem Einsatz trägst du dazu bei, innovative, vernetzte Lösungen erfolgreich auf den Markt zu bringen und kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

Erstellung und Pflege von Produktspezifikationen in Absprache mit dem Produktmanagement,
Betreuung spezieller Kundenwünsche hinsichtlich der Produktspezifikation und Umsetzung beim Kunden
Erstellung von Produktspezifikationen (Konfiguration, Labels, Printing/Logos), technischen Dokumenten oder Datenblätter
Stammdaten (ERP) / Stücklisten / Life-Cycle Management und Übernahme von Logistik- und Einkaufsaufgaben
Unterstützung im Releasemanagement von Produkten
Bindeglied zwischen mehreren Product Owner/Manager, sowie weiteren Stakeholdern zur effektiven Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit. Unterstützung des Teams bei der Beseitigung von Hindernissen und Lösung von Konflikten.

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung oder Studium
Erste Berufserfahrung im agilen Arbeitsumfeld und in der Multiprojektleitung (mit mehreren Product Ownern)
Technisches Verständnis von Mikroprozessorarchitekturen, event. Flashspeicher oder Cyber-Security HW-Produkten erleichtert die Einarbeitung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und Salesforce sowie im Portfoliomanagement
Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise; Fähigkeit zu priorisieren
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Reisebereitschaft ~10%

Your mission

As PM Support you are a central part of our product development in the Embedded IoT Solution division. You accompany and support the PM team throughout the entire product life cycle of our innovative security solutions. You coordinate technical requirements, promote collaboration and ensure that our products always meet the highest quality standards. With your commitment, you will contribute to successfully bringing innovative, networked solutions to market and continuously improving them.

Exciting tasks are waiting for you

Creation and maintenance of product specifications in consultation with product management,
Support of special customer requests with regard to product specifications and implementation at the customer
Creation of product specifications (configuration, labels, printing/logos), technical documents or data sheets
Master data (ERP) / parts lists / life cycle management and assumption of logistics and purchasing tasks
Support in the release management of products
Link between several product owners/managers and other stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
Supporting the team in removing obstacles and resolving conflicts.

Your profile

Successfully completed technical or business training or studies
First professional experience in an agile working environment and in multi-project management (with several product owners)
Technical understanding of microprocessor architectures, possibly flash memory or cyber security HW products facilitates familiarization with the product Flash memory or cyber security HW products facilitates familiarization
Experience in working with SAP and Salesforce as well as in portfolio management
Independent and structured way of working; ability to prioritize
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel ~10%
